1. Who we are

FlorAI – AI Garden Design (the “App”, “Service” or “FlorAI”) is built and operated by Rocket Digital Limited (“we”, “us”). Our registered address is 1603, The L Plaza, 367-375 Queens Road Central, Hong Kong. You can reach us at hello@rocketdigital.ai.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to the FlorAI mobile apps (iOS, Android), the FlorAI Web App and the FlorAI marketing website at https://www.floraiapp.com.

2. Information you give us

Account information. If you create an account, we store your email address and a unique account identifier.
Garden photos. When you use AI Garden Design, AI Plant Scan or AI Plant Health, you upload a photo. The photo is processed to generate your garden design or to answer your plant question.
Design preferences. Garden styles, prompts and saved boards that help us produce better AI garden designs for you.
Subscription information. If you subscribe, our processor (Apple, Google or RevenueCat) handles payment. We receive a subscription status, not your card details.
Customer support messages. If you email us, we keep that conversation so we can help you.

3. Information collected automatically

Device and usage data. Device model, operating system, app version, language, time zone, crash reports and basic usage events that help us keep FlorAI working well.
Approximate location. Derived from IP address and used for things like climate-aware planting suggestions. We do not track precise location in the background.
Cookies and similar technologies. On the website only, see the “Cookies and analytics” section below.

4. How we use your information

Provide AI Garden Design, AI Garden Planner, AI Landscape Design, AI Plant Scan and AI Plant Health features.
Generate, save and let you re-open your AI garden designs.
Send service emails (account, security, important updates) and, with your consent, occasional marketing emails you can unsubscribe from at any time.
Improve the App, fix bugs and prevent abuse.
Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.

6. AI image processing of your photos

When you upload a garden photo, it is sent to our AI partners (currently Replicate, Fal.ai, Microsoft Azure and OpenAI) only to generate your AI garden design or to answer your plant-related question. Photos are not used to train public AI models, and we do not sell your photos. Generated images are stored so you can re-open them in your account, and you can delete them at any time.

7. Cookies and analytics on the website

On https://www.floraiapp.com we use a small number of cookies and analytics tools to understand how the site is used and how marketing is performing:

Google Analytics 4 — aggregated traffic and event analytics.
Meta Pixel — aggregated ad performance for our marketing.
Vercel Analytics — privacy-friendly performance metrics.
Custom events such as iOS_App_Store_Click, GooglePlay_Store_Click and Web_App_Click that count taps on download badges to help us understand which platforms visitors prefer.

You can opt out of analytics with browser settings or extensions. Where required by law, we ask for your consent before non-essential cookies are set.

8. Advertising in the free tier

The free tier of the mobile app may show ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may use advertising identifiers to limit ad frequency and measure ad performance. You can reset or limit your advertising identifier in your device settings.

9. Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers listed above, with payment platforms (Apple, Google, RevenueCat) when you purchase a subscription, and where required by law (for example, in response to a valid legal request).

10. International transfers

FlorAI is offered globally. Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses with our service providers.

11. Retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can delete your account from the app, which removes your saved designs, prompts and account data, except where we are required to keep records (for example, billing records).

12. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, port or object to the processing of your information, and to withdraw consent. To make a request, email hello@rocketdigital.ai from the address on your account.

13. Children

FlorAI – AI Garden Design is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent age in your country). We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has used FlorAI, please contact us so we can take action.

14. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to keep yours safe.

15. Changes to this policy

We will update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when the latest version took effect.
