Terms of Service | FlorAI – AI Garden Design

1. About these Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of the FlorAI – AI Garden Design mobile apps, the FlorAI Web App and the website at https://www.floraiapp.com (together, the “Service”). The Service is operated by Rocket Digital Limited (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the equivalent age in your country) to use FlorAI. If you use FlorAI on behalf of a household or organization, you confirm that you have the right to do so.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for activity that happens under your account. Please tell us right away if you believe your account has been used without permission.

4. The AI Garden Design service

FlorAI – AI Garden Design helps you upload one photo of your outdoor space and generate AI garden design ideas, AI Plant Scan results and AI Plant Health suggestions. AI-generated content is intended as friendly inspiration. It is not a construction-ready plan and may not be perfectly accurate.

For larger work like grading, drainage, irrigation, structural hardscape, pool construction, or anything involving permits, please consult a qualified local landscape professional.

5. Subscriptions and purchases

FlorAI offers free features and optional paid subscription tiers. Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store, Google Play or RevenueCat depending on where you subscribe. Prices, billing cycles and trial details are shown at the point of purchase.

Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled in your store account settings.
Cancel any time before the next renewal to avoid further charges.
Refunds are handled by the store you purchased from, subject to its policies.
Free trials may be limited to one per user, per platform.

6. Acceptable use

Do not upload photos of other people’s property without permission.
Do not use the Service for unlawful, harmful or harassing purposes.
Do not try to break, scrape or reverse engineer the Service.
Do not use the Service to create misleading or harmful content.
Do not infringe anyone’s intellectual property or privacy rights.

7. Your content and licenses

You keep ownership of the photos and prompts you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process and display them so we can provide the Service to you, including running them through our AI partners (Replicate, Fal.ai, Microsoft Azure, OpenAI) to generate AI garden designs and plant insights. AI-generated outputs are made available to you for personal and lawful use.

8. Intellectual property

FlorAI, the FlorAI logo, the website, the apps and the Service are owned by Rocket Digital Limited and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal use, subject to these Terms.

9. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers (RevenueCat, Firebase, Google AdMob, OpenAI, Microsoft Azure, Replicate, Fal.ai, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Vercel Analytics). Their own terms and privacy policies apply when their services are used.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. AI-generated garden designs and plant suggestions may contain mistakes. They are intended for inspiration and visual planning, not as professional landscape, horticultural, medical or veterinary advice. Plant care suggestions should be combined with local advice when in doubt.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Rocket Digital Limited and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of plants, gardening costs, contractor costs, or any costs that result from decisions made based on AI-generated outputs. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

12. Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or if we have to for legal or safety reasons. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

13. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update FlorAI and these Terms over time. Material changes will be announced in the App or on the website. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict of laws rules. Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country still apply.
